About

Student-centered leadership grounded in equity and purpose

As Dean and Unit Coordinator at a District 75 high school in Brooklyn, I collaborate with school leadership to strengthen instructional and operational systems that support student success. My responsibilities include coordinating student transition services, facilitating IEP meetings, supporting special education compliance, assisting with master scheduling, overseeing student programming and teacher assignments, and promoting family engagement.

When the assistant principal is off-site, I support the management of daily school operations. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead school systems while advancing instructional excellence, equitable outcomes, and safe, student-centered learning environments.

I also bring extensive experience in economics, law, regulation, investigations, team supervision, strategic planning, and organizational analysis. This background strengthens my ability to interpret policy, study complex systems, communicate clearly with varied stakeholders, and translate goals into practical action.

“Leadership is about empowering others through empathy, growth, and shared purpose. Trust, not authority, is the real currency of leadership.”

Professional mission: To create safe, inclusive, and rigorous school environments where every learner is seen, challenged, supported, and prepared for meaningful adult life.

Leadership focus: Instructional leadership, special education compliance, student transition planning, staff development, family partnership, and effective school operations.
